What You Can Return (and What You Can’t)
1. Return Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 4 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a purchase receipt.
Applies to both in-store and online orders.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used items
Customized or made-to-order products
Clearance or final sale items
Items returned without original receipt or packaging
Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach pictures (if applicable)

4. Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
Items must be returned safely packed to avoid damage in transit.
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Refunds are made via original payment method or bank transfer for COD orders.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or damaged item.
6. Important Notes
Returns will not be accepted after the 4-day window.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
